Belief Theme, How do I change the text on the attached screen shot?

I have some of my main menu with drop downs set up as Categories and not pages and don't know if this makes a difference or not but how do I change what it says or can I? I just want it to say "Articles" and not Category Archives, please see attached picture. Is this something that is pre-set and I can not change?
