After experiencing a problem with my theme, I filed a ticket to request some support but I've not heard anything back for 10 days.
I understand and appreciate that the team are busy but I'm a little anxious because the longer this goes unresolved, the longer I miss out on work.
Is there an average turn around where the team can pick up a ticketed request, troubleshoot the issue and have it resolved?
